Virtual Assistant

The ideal candidate will have experience in file organization, call handling, email management, calendar management, and willing to grow in skills. The role involves conducting customer satisfaction surveys and following up on rating emails. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing several projects, including interviewing and onboarding new hires, learning and implementing new software features, creating social media content, and conducting research to support our expansion efforts. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
