You may be fit for this role if you:
- Have at least 5 years of experience as a software engineer or a related field, with a strong background in web technologies and software engineering principles.
- Have extensive experience building and maintaining complex web-based applications, APIs, and systems using modern web frameworks and technologies such as React, React Native, Angular, Vue.js, Node.js, GraphQL, Next.js, and Vercel.
- Have solid experience integrating with and managing relational databases like MySQL, MSSQL, etc.
- Have solid experience working with container based development and deployments.
- Have solid experience with cloud infrastructure and cloud services like AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.
- Are comfortable working in an agile, collaborative, and fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities as needed.

Senior Project Manager
Project management is the driving force that evoke MicroMass Communications can't do without; the #1 functional area when it comes to executing client work/internal projects. Project Manager
Primary Responsibilities:
Serves as Lead to provide business, technical and personnel management to subordinate groups of technical and administrative personnel across multiple disciplines such as engineering, application program and systems development. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the overall, day-to-day management of a specific task order or group of task orders affecting the same or related/interdependent systems. The Senior Project Manager schedules and assigns work to subordinates and subcontractors and monitors progress and resolves discrepancies to ensure compliance with work/quality standards and contract/task order requirements. The Senior Project Manager ensures that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order(s) are implemented within estimated timeframes and budget constraints. The Senior Project Manager reports orally and in writing to the Program Manager, contractor management, and government representatives. In the absence of the Program Manager, the Senior Project Manager may serve as the Contractor's authorized interface with the Government Contracting Officer, the Contracting Officer's Representative/Technical Representative (COR/COTR), government management personnel, and agency representatives and is authorized to negotiate and make decisions binding on the Contractor.
Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree in a recognized technical, engineering, scientific, managerial, business, or other discipline related to area of expertise; an Associates Degree together with two (2) years of documented relevant experience may be substituted for the Bachelors Degree.
- Federal experience required (DoD experience preferred)
- DoD clearance required (must be clearable)
Requirements:
- Six (6) years of technical experience managing system integration, design, development, testing, implementation, integration, operations and/or program management of complex computer systems and/or computer facilities operation.
- Requires competence in all phases of program management for complex computer systems.
- Requires knowledge of available hardware, related system software, system integration techniques, network management, and project management practices Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short Familiar with Navy and/or DoD IT architectures.

Project Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate projects, make detailed plans to accomplish goals, and direct the integration of technical activities.
- Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients. Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
- Analyse technology, resource needs, and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
- Confer with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
- Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates. Direct, review and approve product designs and changes.
- Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications.
- Skills: Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
- Expert ability to work independently and manage one's time.
- Expert leadership and mentoring skills are necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
- Expert knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
- Expert knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
- Expert knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, etc.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. PMI or PMP certification preferred. 10+ years’ experience required.
