Our Client is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager in Boca Raton, FL.


Earn $65,000 to $90,000 per year at this full-time, permanent position. Work 40 plus hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.


Job Summary:


We are currently seeking a highly creative Digital Marketing Manager.  You will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing operations.  Your central goal is to help grow our brand’s influence locally and internationally while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness.  Your duties will include planning, implementing and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns and leads across all digital networks.  The ideal candidate is someone with experience in digital marketing, art and video creation and social media management.  In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills and technology skills.


Job Description:

  • Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, reporting analysis, email and advertising campaigns
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets
  • Plan and manage our social media platforms
  • Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance and lead generation
  • Brainstorm with management new and innovative growth strategies
  • Oversee and manage all contests, discounts and other digital projects
  • Coordinate advertising and media to improve digital marketing results
  • Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas and target audience


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • Must be Bilingual English / Spanish – written and oral communication
  • Marketo Certified Expert – Certification
  • Marketo Certified Revenue Cycle Analyst – Certification
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital marketing
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital marketing management
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices and website analytics
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities
  • Content Creation Experience
  • Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
  • Pass a criminal background check
  • Business professional dress

  • Marketo – Execute Engagement Marketing Program, Multichannel, to build relationships in scale
