Job Description

We are looking for a hardworking individual to work as a Marketing Assistant. The individual in this role will provide administrative and project support for the CNS Marketing Team (Brand Managers and Directors) on the tactical execution of strategic imperatives. Opportunity to learn about and be involved with pharmaceutical marketing.

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) sets guidelines for the collection and processing of personal information from individuals who live in the European Union (EU).

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the marketing team with creating, executing, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns
  • Assist with the creation, production and publishing of marketing materials and collateral for various initiatives including patient and provider education, conferences, websites, E-mails, print and digital pieces and initiatives
  • Organizational management of invoices, and accruals
  • Veeva management of materials with the assistance of brand managers and/or directors: overall submission, tracking, expiration dates. Manage review process in alignment with the review team
  • QC marketing materials prior to PMRC Review, printing and distribution
  • Manage current and new suppliers (eg onboarding, materials, contracts)
  • Management of conference tactics
  • Lead for the CNS team in working with Marketing Operations on submission and management of Consultant Agreements, SOWs, CDAs, W-9s, POs and other types of logistical materials

Requirements / Qualifications

  • EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree - Marketing concentration is preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Veeva experience a plus
  • Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Landscape a plus
  • 1+ years of work experience in marketing preferred
