Job Description

The Project Manager 1 is responsible for the coordination of customer Managed Services projects from Service Initiation through project closure. They are responsible for project scheduling and coordination budget control non-conformity resolution and risk management.

Based on Colorado law, the following details are for Colorado individuals only: Colorado base salary range: $62,000 - $78,000 and eligible for bonus and benefits.

Job Responsibilities

  • Utilize the Project Implementation Methodology and related tools to bring projects to successful completion, within scope, on time, and within budget
  • Facilitate and coordinate client meetings using engaging, informative presentation methodologies
  • Create and maintain project documentation utilizing methods prescribed by the PM
  • Administer and update project plans that specify goals, strategy, and scheduling
  • Act as a project coordinator for client engagements
  • Manage timely and effective updates to key contacts
  • Oversee activities of project personnel to ensure projects progress on schedule
  • Provide support to other Project Management team members, as directed
  • Comply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including but not limited to, Hyland’s Information Systems Security Policy

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Microsoft Windows and Office proficient
  • Oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact
  • Facilitation and project management skills
  • Organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
  • Able to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Self-motivated with the ability to complete projects in a timely manner
  • Average travel requirements for this job is 30% annualized, yet unique circumstances with customers may require more travel.
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job
