Job Description

As an Implementation Project Coordinator, you will report to the Manager, Implementation Services.
 
The Implementation Project Coordinator plays a critical role as the first contact our customers have with our Implementation Team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work directly with customers to gather initial property information and the digital assets needed for project execution. Coordinate schedules of customer delivery dates.
  • Manage projects of small to medium complexity from start to finish.
  • Review and correctly interpret all incoming contracts and assign those contracts to the correct workgroups.
  • Create and set up new project plans in the project management tool according to defined processes.
  • Coordinate the start date of projects and balance the workload among the available Project Managers.
  • Organize and prepare content for delivery to Creative Services and Build teams.
  • Assist Project Managers in maintaining accurate data within the project management tool.
  • Create the supporting project documentation and templates necessary for project execution.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • 1-3 years experience in customer-facing position; preferred environments are project management, administrative operations, and/or business analyst functions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and prioritization skills; detail and solution-oriented.
  • The ability to multi-task and juggle multiple assignments with varying priorities and complexities.
  • High attention to detail, analytical, problem solver.
  • Understands the basics of project management (project balancing, resource planning, issue management, risk management, change management, communication planning).
