Job Description:

Collaborating with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Officer and Director of Compliance in leading a top-notch group of analysts to conduct AML investigations, with responsibility for reviewing work, identifying gaps in training and processes, and coordinating with the Investigations Lead to improve coaching and training

►Training new investigators and managing the effectiveness of the suspicious activity review process

►Designing, implementing, and running a quality control program for the Investigations Team

►Developing and implementing quality control program for SAR Team

►Reviewing quality of investigations work, providing feedback to analysts, and reporting relevant findings

►Identifying high risk cases and providing guidance and recommendations

►Creating targeted and continuous training based on regular Quality Control reviews

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Experience:

Blockchain Forensics: 1 year (Required)
