Job Description

Everyday Health Group’s Pregnancy & Parenting division (BabyCenter and What to Expect), the world’s best-known pregnancy and parenting brands, is seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join our team. Job Responsibilities

  • Develop promotional plans for BabyCenter & What to Expect campaigns to drive user engagement and revenue. Create timelines and collaborate with stakeholders to drive toward deadlines.
  • Write marketing copy and collaborate with design to develop compelling marketing creative. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to incorporate feedback.
  • Collaborate with producers, providing detailed specs and supporting QA, to ensure accurate development of campaign assets in email and app messaging channels. Comfortable with basic HTML editing and production in authoring tools.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis for ongoing marketing programs via a variety of sources – Google Analytics, Email Service provider, Push platform and internal tools.
  • Develop optimization recommendations for marketing programs to continually grow key metrics. Construct and execute A/B tests to continually iterate and grow engagement.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • 2+ years marketing experience
  • BS/BA ideal
  • Digital marketing best practices for driving engagement and conversion
  • Working knowledge of email and push messaging channel functions and best practices
  • Marketing copywriting experience
  • Comfortable writing marketing briefs and A/B test plans to optimize key business metrics
  • Familiar with marketing analytics tools, URL tracking parameters, running and manipulating reports then analyzing to develop insights and optimization strategies
  • Process-oriented, skilled at developing basic project plans with milestones, drivers and deadlines
