Job Description

This role will align to the Marketing Operations and Analytics team and be executing data-driven initiatives to maximize the efficiency of marketing campaigns. It will work closely with Global Demand Generation and Digital Market teams to support all aspects of database maintenance, email marketing, and lead generation processes through our CRM and our marketing automation platform.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with and provide insights into database optimization, including data acquisition, list segmentation, data cleanliness and integrity within CRM and Marketing Automation databases
  • Leverage Salesforce and Marketo to provide ongoing metrics in support of marketing campaign effectiveness
  • Assist the Marketing Operations team in the execution of end-to-end campaigns; develop cohesive automated workflows and pulling targeted lists
  • Handle requests for special reports, data, and sales tracking information

Requirements / Qualifications

  • 1-3+ years professional experience in marketing operations
  • Demonstrable experience executing programs, email nurture campaigns, list management, lead scoring, and custom work flows in Marketo
  • Experience HTML (a plus)
  • Deep understanding of SFDC/Marketo integrations and the ability to troubleshoot issues between systems
