Job Description

The Web Marketing Manager role will report to the Marketing Operations Manager as part of Rethink First’s corporate marketing team. From there, they will support Rethink’s corporate website as well as Rethink’s divisional websites – Rethink Ed, Rethink Behavioral Health, Total ABA and Whil. In addition, this role will support various backend and analytical processes for the company and divisional social media presences.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain existing web properties and create new websites/landing pages as needed
  • Develop a short-, mid-, and long-term roadmap for on-site improvements.
  • Ensure all technical updates (core, plugin, theme, security, etc.) are executed smoothly and on-schedule
  • Assist corporate and divisional marketing teams with platform/tool integrations.
  • Play a primary role in SEO initiatives, including site audits, keyword research, competitor analysis, and content/technical recommendations
  • Support paid campaigns to ensure conversions and attribution metrics are tracked across web properties.
  • Collect comprehensive data on website traffic/rankings, conduct analysis, and make timely recommendations for adjustments in strategy
  • Work with divisional marketing teams to conduct A/B testing on pages to drive maximum impact.
  • Monitor competitors’ web presences.
  • Collect and compile data from various social media channels to support divisional targeting efforts.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-5 years digital marketing experience
  • Experience building and optimizing WordPress websites and providing continuous website support
  • A clear understanding of website security and how to spot irregularities in website performance
  • Familiarity with HubSpot Landing Pages and/or CMS
  • Intermediate familiarity with CSS and HTML
  • Fluent in core SEO elements including, but not limited to: Keyword Research, Technical SEO (UX, site architecture, URL structure, XML sitemaps, canonical tags, dynamic/static pages, etc.), On-Page Optimization (Metadata, Headings, Content, Anchor Links, Navigation, etc.), Local Search and Off-Page Optimization (social media, outreach, earned media placements, etc.)
  • Intermediate to an advanced working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEO tools (i.e. Ahrefs, Moz, Semrush)
