Job Description

We are looking for a world-class Social Media Marketing Manager / Director to support the growth of our business by inserting our brand into food culture and driving awareness and engagement.

Leveraging our team of world-class photographers and videographers across the world, the person in this role needs to be highly innovative and lead efforts to bring the Cozymeal brand to life in new and creative ways that will ultimately fuel customer-acquisition on scale.

Hours: Full-time at any US Time Zone that works for the candidate

Location: United States. This is a fully remote role and qualified candidates from anywhere in the US can apply for this role.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop the social media strategy along with new content ideas to grow the company’s social media audience
  • Work alongside the company’s photographers, videographers and designers and create popular and highly-engaging content for the company’s social media platforms
  • Own the day-to-day operations of all of our social media channels
  • Manage the company’s monthly editorial calendar
  • Engage with the audience through different means, including polls, user-generated content curation and giveaways
  • Compile regular reports with comprehensive metrics and actionable insights to optimize our content performance and future campaigns
  • Spread the social-first thinking across the entire organization
  • Stay on top of social memes, social media culture and share new trends with the wider team at Cozymeal
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest best practices for all major social media platforms and, if needed, adjust the social media strategy accordingly

Requirements / Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience managing social media campaigns for consumer brands
  • 3+ years of experience managing social media campaigns in the culinary world
  • Highly creative with a pulse on food culture
  • Experience in leveraging social media to strategically build brands, capture attention and generate advocacy for consumer brands
  • Deep understanding of major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and LinkedIn
  • Deep understanding of the social ecosystem and how brands should interact with their audience in an authentic and effective way
  • Deep passion for everything social and a big proponent of social-first thinking
