Job Description

As a member of the Real Estate and Workplace Solutions team, you will play a critical role in managing complex projects that support real estate, workplace, security, and employee experience needs. This role is responsible for meeting with stakeholders to understand scope/requirements, developing project plans and budgets, executing and keeping stakeholders informed of progress. This role will coordinate and support a variety of initiatives at Yelp including workplace renovations, work from home programs, events, ESG/CSR activities and other workplace related programs as needed.

Job Responsibilities

  • You will successfully lead special projects/initiatives related to real estate, workplace, and security operations
  • You will engage with stakeholders impacted by the project and establish/maintain communication through project completion
  • You will assemble project teams (internal personnel and outside vendors)
  • You will work with the procurement team to administer RFP’s and evaluate for selection
  • You will present project plans, progress, and cost proposals to senior leadership for approval
  • You will be responsible for budget planning and adherence
  • You may be called upon to support the Workplace and Security teams in facility related issues
  • You will provide support in the development, documentation, and implementation of workplace standards and procedures

Requirements / Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in workplace or facilities management
  • Proven leadership and collaboration skills
  • Proven facilitation, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, problem solving, and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Understanding of general accounting and financial reporting
  • Working knowledge of G-Suite
  • Ability to work alone and with a team
  • PMP certification a plus
