Job Description

Title Resources is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support multiple departments. This is a remote position, but the successful candidate must reside in the Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan area.

Job Responsibilities

  • Receive and distribute mail received in the Dallas corporate office.
  • Order office supplies for employees.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports for employees.
  • Maintain record of invoices received and submit invoices for approval.
  • Maintain record of reports submitted to government regulators.
  • Maintain record of indemnity requests received and assign to legal staff for handling.
  • Provide support for litigation attorneys, including managing calendars, placing and receiving phone calls involving court staff and other attorneys, and preparing exhibits for discovery and trial.
  • Prepare and review expense report submissions.
  • Upload and organize reports in proprietary operating system.
  • Print, copy and organize written presentations.
  • Respond to customer requests for information and documentation.
  • Assist with mass email distribution lists using Excel.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience as an administrative assistant highly preferred.
  • Must possess excellent customer service skills.
  • Advanced computer and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
