Job Description

We are looking for an assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely. You will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Skype. Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.

Pay: $8.00 - $20.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities

  • Respond to client emails and phone calls
  • Schedule meetings & client demos
  • Managing contact list of clients and prospective customers
  • Prepare weekly newsletters and Ad campaigns on Facebook & Google
  • Organize executive calendar and schedule daily appointments
  • Create sales decks, savings proposals and marketing presentations
  • Address customer inquires and provide appropriate direction.
  • Provide customer service as first point of contact for Sales Executive

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Proven experience working remotely successfully in any sales capacity
  • Familiarity with current technologies, like Google Suite, Adobe Suite, iWork, Office, Slack and ZohoCRM.
  • Experience with presentation software (e.g. Keynote, Powerpoint, Photoshop, Canva, etc)
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
  • Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills and accountability of time
  • Exceptionally solid organizational and basic math skills
